Liz Thomas and Pam Boyd met as part of a corporate merger nearly 30 years ago and immediately hit it off.  Their combined hard work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and a love of public relations helped them grow Thomas/Boyd Communications into what it is today – one of the most sought-after public relations agencies in the region.

In 2024, as part of its growth strategy, TBC welcomed two long-time employees – Caitlin Latko and Lauren Schiavo – as partners.
