Monmouth County

TBC has a long standing relationship with Monmouth County that developed from general communications support to managing all communications for the Monmouth ACTS (Assisting Community Through Services) initiative. This innovative public-private partnership brings together County employees and community leaders from the private/nonprofit sectors to meet human service needs.

TBC helped guide the creation of the mission and branding – from the website and social media to community outreach and media relations. We worked side-by-side with Monmouth County’s PIO and Board of Commissioners to launch Monmouth ACTS and regularly develop and implement communications plan to educate and empower Monmouth County residents about available social services and supports utilizing video, digital tool kits, resident success stories, stakeholder outreach and more.

As part of Monmouth ACTS, we led the marketing launch of the Financial Recovery Initiative (FRI), designed to raise awareness of the County’s available financial services to residents under financial strain due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For this project we designed a targeted communications campaign with the support of the Task Force (community, business, government and faith leaders); created PowerPoint slides and a digital toolkit (English and Spanish) for service agencies; and facilitated a digital and print ad campaign.
