Community Investment Strategies (CIS), in partnership with local and state officials, has broken ground on The Willow, Hoboken’s first 100% affordable senior housing development in more than three decades. The 36-unit community will provide affordable homes for residents age 55 and older while helping longtime Hoboken seniors remain in the city they call home.
