Monmouth ACTS has renamed its countywide resource navigation platform to ResourceConnect and launched an updated website to make it easier for residents to access housing, food, healthcare, employment, behavioral health and other essential services. The streamlined platform connects individuals with trained social workers who help coordinate care and referrals through a single point of contact.
