Liz Thomas

Liz loves tackling tough communications challenges and the more difficult and intertwined they are, the better for Liz. She’s at her best when the going gets tough, and tough it goes for much of Liz’s client work. Liz has spent more than 35 years as an entrepreneur, owning and operating several public relations firms before opening Thomas/Boyd Communications with Pam Boyd in 1998.

Recognized as a strategist and problem-solver, Liz aligns her knowledge of government and politics with communications goals and objectives to tackle complex public relations matters. Liz loves a good laugh and tries to find ways to make even the most challenging work, “fun.”

Individually, Liz received The Salvation Army’s “Others” Award in 2024, the organization’s highest honor that recognizes and exemplifies an extraordinary spirit of service to “others.” She has recently been named by Rutgers-Camden’s Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs as private sector South Jerseyan of the Year.
