Pam Boyd

Pam likes to make things happen. She thrives on taking the initiative and figuring out solutions for clients.  Accustomed to working within tight deadlines, she’s a stickler for details. Everything she touches and every communications plan she creates and executes is done with an eye toward the bottom line, producing stellar public relations results for the client work she leads. Pam’s entire career working in various positions in the marketing/communications field led her to ultimately follow her dream of becoming a business owner. She oversees business operations in addition to her public relations/marketing responsibilities, ensuring billing, reporting and compliance tasks are completed on time and run without a hitch.

Pam is passionate about donating her time and expertise to guide and often lead public relations efforts for area nonprofits that are near and dear to her heart. Over the years, she has served on numerous boards of trustees. Currently, she is a board member of the Southern New Jersey Development Council and Lifting Up Camden’s Youth (LUCY). She recently rotated off the board of the Food Bank of South Jersey after serving a nine-year term. She is also an advisory board member for NJ Aid for Animals and provides pro bono public relations services to the Voorhees Animal Orphanage.

Pam is a recipient of numerous industry and business awards, including: Jersey Man/Philly Man “Woman of the Year,” NJBIZ “Best 50 Women in Business,” South Jersey Biz “Woman to Watch,” Woman Business Owner of the Year, National Association of Women Business Owners – South Jersey Chapter; and earlier in her career Philadelphia Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award Winner and NJBIZ 40 Under 40 Award Winner.

Off the clock, Pam enjoys yoga, playing pickleball, powerwalking on the beach and traveling. She especially looks forward to venturing through boundary gates at Utah ski resorts to score some fresh powder.

Pam graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts and has a master’s degree in corporate public relations from Rowan University. She also has a certificate of completion – Crisis Communication Certificate Program, PRSA.
