Thomas/Boyd Communications at 25

When we met, we knew we liked each other but little did we know that what began as an employer/employee situation would morph into a life-long friendship and a successful 25-year business relationship.

In 1998, we rented space in a historic building on Main Street in Moorestown with one employee. From there, we relocated to more traditional office space as our team grew and then returned to our Moorestown roots in 2006 after purchasing a historic property that is now home to 10 employees.

We’re happy to say that our original back of the napkin business plan was rarely referred to as the business took-off, growing by word-of-mouth, leading us to where we are today, proudly boasting a nearly all-referral client base.

Over the past two and a half decades we’ve had our share of our ups and downs, with our hardest time being the 2008 recession when we weren’t sure what the future held. After some belt tightening, we came out on the other side stronger and more resilient. Since we were already equipped to work remotely when the pandemic hit in 2020, we, thankfully, never missed a beat.

Today, we have assembled a stellar team of professionals who welcome the assistance of energic interns and a roster of smart partners who bring a wealth of experience and a variety of talents to round out our in-house capabilities. As a state designated, small, woman-owned business, we are focused on creating opportunities for our employees while fostering an atmosphere of learning and fun!

While we continue to adapt our practice to the ever-changing communications landscape, and especially the impact of AI, our guiding principle has remained the same, the implementation of a complete commitment to excellence and to delivering nothing short of outstanding results for our clients.

Utilizing research, digital, video, design and traditional public relations tactics we create memorable campaigns and solve complicated problems that in the end define and reinforce brands, clean-up reputations and raise overall marketplace awareness.
